Hey, I’m Armand Stey.
Here’s a little about me and what I do here on Ironmettle.com.
I have 13 years of military experience leading, mentoring and training hundreds of men and women. I’ve cleaned toilets and I’ve also been at the head of a 100 person organization.
I work with, train, and serve people who want to master their lives with courage.
I love to help people inside and outside of my organizations. I give them the tools and information to influence the people around them, to influence themselves, to build wealth and freedom while building confidence and health. Plus, I have fun.
Mindset: I’ve struggled with and conquered many limiting beliefs. I was conditioned, just like everyone else, at a young age with certain patterns of thought. Only later in life did I realize and believe I could change the way I thought. Plus that my thoughts made the difference between health and disease, wealth and poverty, happiness and depression, success and failure.
Health and Fitness: I believe that the cornerstone of success is health. That’s why you will see my Health and Success segment. Without health, nothing else matters. And it will increase your productivity and mental state.
Manifest Your Destiny: Your thoughts are everything. If you believe that your thoughts, in any way at all, influence your life, then you believe in manifestation. You believe in some parts of The Law of Attraction. You may be skeptical of all the “woo-woo” surrounding manifestation, but the results are real and the science of the mind backs it up. Open your mind (even if only a little).
Build Wealth: Money is a tool. A tool to create a life you really want to live. To live free. To improve the world around you. To give to charity, to build a church, to help hungry children. We should all hope to build wealth so that we may create a better world. Money only magnifies who we are.
Relationship: Happy relationships don’t make us happy, but they sure give life a more depth and texture. Life can be hard to manage when your relationship is breaking apart. That’s why I focus an entire segment on relationship. I’ve been married for almost a decade and my relationship is more powerful, stronger and more fulfilling than it was 10 years ago. It takes work and some humility (ok, maybe a lot of humility), but it’s completely worth it.
And when I’m not teaching, coaching, leading and writing, I can be found:
- spending time with my beautiful wife and two awesome kids
- going to rock climbing walls
- beach bumming
- listening to audio books and podcasts
If you’re dying to know more, here a seven things you don’t know about me:
- I’ve jumped out of an airplane 65 times
- I almost didn’t graduate high school
- I am an audio book junkie
- I have one tattoo
- I love and hate politics
- I pray and meditate
- I enjoy weird movies
